As widely reported, Sir Jonny Ive and the design team from Apple flew to London to receive the prestigious D&AD award for their outstanding work. The studio was named as the best design team of the last 50 years, which is a big deal in the design world as you can imagine.
It was a rare opportunity to see Jonny Ive actually smile. No doubt the Apple stores in London were geared up to be wary of executive guests that may walk into their hallowed halls.
