I don’t worry if it will be successful. I do worry that it will become successful and Twitter will bring down the hammer on App.net for blatantly ripping them off.
And then someone who had SMS in their OS before Twitter had Tweets will arrive and sue Twitter for the potential payday. But either way, didn’t Twitter announce that they weren’t going to go suing people in future?
